About Alex Baglioni

With a major in Economics, Alex was first licensed in 1997. He learned the ins and outs of real estate learning
directly one on one from one of the top trainers in the country, attending seminars, taking courses, and by
reading real estate and sales books.

Among his latest education is the Certification for Negotiation Expertise (CNE), the Expertise in Distressed
Property (CDPE), and a Certification as a REO Specialist from the American Real Estate University. He is a
Licensed Real Estate Broker (which is a degree higher than a real estate salesperson) and a Licensed Title
Agent. He is also the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Performance.

The first listing that Alex took was in 1999, and it was sold in only 8 days! Shortly after, Alex was averaging four
sales per month. By the year 2000 and after a successful launch of a new and innovative selling system, he
began producing up to twelve new sales almost every month!

By the end of 2002, at 28 years of age, having reached up to 21 new sales in a single month, Alex was the #6
RE/MAX Agent in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

Over the years Alex began to recieve a great deal of recognition for his work. He has been on a major billboard
on I-595, on the front cover of the Harmon Homes magazine (north and south Broward edition), on CNN, on over
thirty bus benches, and in many different real estate publications.

Attaining the prestigious RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and obtaining the impressive RE/MAX Chairman award,
Alex’s name, skills and success became the new RE/MAX face in Broward County by the year 2003. He attributes
his success to his attitude.

As of November 2010, Alex was ranked #3 within RE/MAX of Florida for Broward County based on closed sales
for the year, #7 in the tri-county area, and #23 in the State. Alex was also recognized as the #1 RE/MAX agent in
the State of Florida for July 2010 (out of almost 4,000 RE/MAX agents)

Alex has thirteen plus years of experience in the real estate industry, has sold more real estate than 90% of all
agents, and has won multiple RE/MAX awards. Although past performance is not indication of future
performance, with that much experience and success in real estate, you have much better chances of getting
what you want with Alex than with one of the other thousands of agents in the tri-county area. We hope you

Attitude

The longer I live, the more I realize the
impact of attitude on life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than
facts. It is more important than the past,
than education, than money, than
circumstances, than failures, than
successes, than what other people
think, say or do. It is more important
than appearance, giftedness or skill. It
will make or brake a company... a
church... a home.
The remarkable thing is we have a
choice every day regarding the attitude
we will embrace for that day.
We cannot change the past, we cannot
change the fact that certain people will
act in certain way. We can not change
the inevitable.
The only thing we can do is play on the
one string we have, and that is our
attitude.
I'm convinced that life is 10% what
happens to me and 90% how I react
to it.
And so it's with you... we are in charge
of our attitudes.
