When my husband and I decided to start looking for our first home, we called ReMax for
information on a property. We left a message on a Sunday evening, and Alex Baglioni called us
back the same night. Alex made a point in the first part of the conversation to really get to know
our family by asking us not only what we were looking for in a house, but what we did for a living,
what our hobbies were, what kind of pets we have, etc. Alex was enthusiastic and realistic. He
directed us to Nelson Gonzalez at AmeriLend Mortgage Company who walked us through the
process of pre-approval so we knew how much we could afford. Once we were pre-approved,
Alex sat with us going through descriptions of houses for five hours straight,
until 12:00 midnight, and then took us to see most of them the following day. When we couldn't

compiled an even larger list. Alex drove us around for six hours from one house to the next, and
when we were excited about a house, he was too, although he also kept us down to earth and
would not let us settle unless we found our "dream home". Alex is not only an excellent real

did recommend you to a girl in my office. She was interested in a house on my street but since
her sister works in a real estate office she decided to use them. She should have listened to me
and called you. I also told her to call Nelson, but the real estate agent said she had to use their
broker. To make a long story short, she was preapproved and was set to close May 20th. Two
days before the closing they said their was something in her credit that had to be straightened
out. She took care of it immediately. Then they needed another letter from the credit card
company even though she paid the amount in full. They jerked her around for over a month and
kept her waiting for a closing date. She already had the house appraised and inspected. I
happened to pass the house and saw another agent showing it after she had a signed contract.
She called her agent who told her they were just taking a backup offer. A week later I told her
someone else was having the house inspected. She again called her agent and he told her not
to worry, they were just waiting for the bank to give them her closing date and there would be no
problem. Over the 4th of July weekend, someone moved into the home. After returning to work
several days later I told her. She was still waiting for her closing date and her agent claimed to
know nothing about the house being sold. I told her had she used you as her agent, this would
never have happened. I'm hoping he will now call you. Hope all is well.
